ABOUT ME:

I am a former school teacher—9 years in the classroom teaching Science, Yoga & Pilates—and fitness professional, 10 years of Pilates, Weight Training and most recently Yoga.  I LOVE helping people find their strength and create a deeper mind-body connection. I currently live in Los Angeles and part time in Boston.

The body knows and holds more than the conscious mind.

Together, in community, we can find ourselves through movement.
